Refunds and cancelling

The 7 free days

Your first Pro plan starts with 7 free days. Nothing is charged during them. Cancel before they end and you pay nothing at all.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time in Account › Plan & licence, or email us at v3subusiness@gmail.com.
• Pro keeps working to the end of the month or year you paid for. After that nothing more is charged.
• Everything you downloaded while Pro was active stays licensed for your games.

14 days to change your mind (EU, EEA and UK)

If you live in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom and buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your Pro plan within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you start the plan at checkout.

• To withdraw, tell us clearly that you are withdrawing: email v3subusiness@gmail.com, or send the form below. It's enough to send it before the 14 days end.
• We refund every payment you made for the plan within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with, through Stripe. There is no fee.
• Pro ends when you withdraw. As the law asks, you then stop using the full packs and tools you got under the plan and don't pass them on.

After the 14 days

We don't refund the unused part of a month or year, but cancelling always stops the next payment. We do refund a payment taken by mistake, a double charge, and any case where the law gives you a refund, for example when something doesn't work as described and we can't fix it.

A charge you don't recognise

Please email us before you dispute a payment with your bank. We can see your plan and payments and sort it out directly.
