Terms of service

These terms are between you and HeySmile EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC 207603907), Knyaz Boris 1, Parvomay, Bulgaria ("Gridwright", "we", "us"), for Gridwright Studio at gridwright.store. By creating an account or starting a plan, you agree to them. Questions: v3subusiness@gmail.com.

1. Your account

• You need an account and a Pro plan to download. Use a real email address; sign-in and account emails go there.
• Keep your password or sign-in to yourself. An account belongs to one person or one studio.
• To start a paid plan you must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Plans and prices

• Without a plan: the free browser tools and the free editions of the others. They need no account and no card.
• Pro: every full pack and the full browser tools, for $20.00 a month or $119.88 a year, in US dollars.
• Prices are final. HeySmile EOOD is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Your bank may charge its own fee for a payment in dollars.

3. The 7 free days

• Your first Pro plan starts with 7 free days. Each account gets them once.
• You enter a card on Stripe's payment page when you start. Nothing is charged during the 7 days.
• Cancel before the 7 days end and you pay nothing. If you don't, the first payment is taken when the free days end, and the plan renews from that date.

4. Renewal and cancelling

• Pro renews automatically every month or every year until you cancel. Each period is charged at its start, to the card you gave Stripe.
• Cancel any time in Account › Plan & licence, with the Cancel button or in Stripe's billing portal. Pro keeps working to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
• We don't refund the unused part of a period, except as our refund policy and the law say.

5. Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. The new price starts with your next period after that, and you can cancel before then.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and Pro keeps working meanwhile. If it still fails, the plan ends. Files you downloaded while it was active stay licensed.

7. The licence

Using the files is covered by the Licence and the LICENSE.txt in each pack. In short: use them in your games, commercial ones too, and never resell or share the files. What you download while Pro is active stays licensed after the plan ends.

8. Fair use

• Downloads are for you or your studio. An account can download up to 100 packs a day.
• Don't script bulk downloads, share links to the full tools, or try to get around the plan checks. We may suspend an account that does.

9. Pack requests

Requests and votes are suggestions. We read every one, but we don't promise to make a pack, or to make it by a certain date. Requests are shown to other members without your name or email, so don't put anything private in them. By posting an idea, you let us use it freely.

10. The packs, and what can change

• The packs are drawn in code on an exact grid with AI-assisted tools. Each pack page says how it was made.
• We add packs often and may update or retire packs and tools. Retiring a pack never takes away the licence for files you already downloaded.
• We keep the Studio online as much as we can, but it can be down for maintenance or for problems outside our control.

11. Ending an account

• You can stop any time. To delete your account and its data, email us; the privacy policy says what happens then.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks the licence or these terms, for example by resharing the files. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

12. If something doesn't work

If a pack or tool doesn't work as its page describes, tell us and we'll fix it. If we can't, your legal rights for digital content and services apply, including a price reduction or a refund.

Beyond those rights, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't let us limit, or your rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

14. Law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can take a dispute to the courts there. Please write to us first: most problems are settled by email. Consumers can also turn to the Commission for Consumer Protection in Bulgaria (kzp.bg), whose conciliation commissions handle disputes out of court.
